Did you have to ask HE or is it known that it is included?
 
All of the women I have met have offered it if you choose the 15K course. One of them offered more after my third visit there. It depends on the lady and how you get along with her I think.

¥15K is kind of high priced considering that lots of places have HE for 8-9K. Anything special about this place?
 
It`s not an amazing shop or anything but just another option. For the money, Asian Feeling might be a better bet unless YM goes further. And that of course depends on the decision of the lady.

Very foreigner friendly. Very little English. I speak Japanese with them. 15K course I think is 90 minutes. Touching depends on the lady. YMMV , Not topless.

Very similar to Asian Feeling if you know that shop, but the ladies are Chinese at Ray Ray. I only mentioned it as it is another option.
 
I think you need to select the ray course for HJ at 100 minutes for 15K, the price is not bad if the massage service is good.

Tried to go there this week but there was a sign on the door saying something to the effect of "come back in an hour" so went to one of the other asian massage/HE places right around there on the main street. Cant remember the name but it was on the 11th floor. Decent enough. I'll get around to trying Ray Ray one of these days.

I visited this place last month during my visit to Japan, service was good, for 15000 Yen it's a 90 minutes service including HJ, for extra you could have FS, you just have to click with the right girl.
