Apparently and IIRC it was a bar somewhere in Tokyo, where they would lock up so no one who wasn't part of the 'event' could stroll in.
It was basically a sex party place that did this once a month or so. It was gaijin-friendly, possibly even mostly gaijin guys in the place.

I'm wondering if it was like the famous Music Stage, in Naha city, Okinawa. Was able to go there before it closed, sometime around 2002 or so, I believe.
It was actually MORE exciting in many ways than Happening Bars. Because it combined sex strip show and live sex action. So, never a dull moment.

Due to some odd Japanese/Okinawan xenophobic/racist policy, audience members couldn't ordinarily have sex with the Japanese woman. But, her show was usually the raunchiest, where the Japanese woman used dildos to do herself.
However, it seemed possible to hook up with the Japanese women in the backroom. Possibly this was special request/special service for Japanese guys only. Crappy xenophobic policy.
My former pal (who is Puerto Rican) and I, hooked up with the foreign women (Colombian) one night. He spoke Spanish, and he convinced 2 of them to come with us, after the club closed. He asked them this during the final run of shows for the night. The Japanese manager/staff didn't know what was up nor could speak Spanish, it was hilarious. The alpha of the 2 women agreed, while on the stage. We eventually took the ladies to a hotel, but had drunk wild sex outside first, before we even drove to the hotel. Places in Tokyo are hard to come by, because the climate is way too conservative and repressively prudish, in comparison to years ago, in my opinion. And I'm banging some college age Japanese women in their early 20s, who are about as adventurous, as a 70 year old grandmother. Ridiculously sad.
