Does anybody on TAG sext or send nudes to your partner?
Personally i dont do either of these things, as im worried people would take screen shots and share them around the university (my school has had a few of these incidents). Also im not a selfie kind of person so sendingmy owm nudes are out of the question.

You are absolutely right in that trust is a big issue. I have somewhere in between 100 to 200 photos from previous partners and they will never see the light of day. They are kept separately encrypted from the rest of my phone's contents.

Are you not worried thag someone will look into your phone, and send the pictures. Maybe im just paranoid, but having photos seems risky.
Edit: i just re read your post and realized you said its encrypted.

I don't do sexting, but I do like to tease my regulars and sexfriend with random photos at times.

You can download "private photo album" apps and import any photos you'd rather not keep in your public camera roll. Then create a master passcode for all access or just apply passcodes to certain folders.

Mine looks like this:

I don't do it often but i don't really mind it. And i'm not worried about concequences.
Putting private pictures online is an absolute don't and if i found out about such thing i would probably try to take action (revenge porn is taken pretty serious recently) but its not something that would really upset me. The internet is full of pictures of naked women. And naked is nothing to be ashamed of, it's the state in which we came to this earth.

Besides, i had my nude modelling debut recently and i'm very proud of the result, not something i mind people seeing at all.

I never send anyone *sexy* nude pictures of myself! :D

I've never understood why nudity, in photos or in person, is considered so scandalous and shocking. I mean do people expect to see something other than skin and normal body parts underneath someone else's clothes. It is especially silly with celebrities and particularly in the US imo.

In theory, seeing someone naked should not be a big deal. In reality, in our present day world, it is something that can lose you respect and your career.

I'm not saying I agree with this but it's pretty naïve to pretend otherwise. Nudity is intrinsically linked to sex and power, both of which can bring out strange things in people.

Sexting... It's more like sexLINEing, now

Because what you did was elegant nakedness (no spread legs or stuff like that) ^^
But when people send nudes to a sex partner it's usually more raunchy.
BTW next time we'll meet please sign the magazine for me! If you get famous i can put it on yahoo auction if i ever need money XD

There's only one guy to whom i send dirty pictures/videos, because i am absolutely, 100% sure he will never leak them, as he would ruin himself in the process too.
Other guys, as nice as they seem to be, they're still guys so i don't trust them with such material. They only get the "with underwear" version.

Sure, i will ^^
I'm usually also hesistant to send any pictures including toys or masturbation, but nude or underwear is not embarrassing to me.

Times are changing. I believe we are in a transitional phase, something of a razor's edge. With the prevalence of so-called smart phones/computers it's easy to do what once took an embarrassing trip to the shop to be developed. I foresee a future when it's no big deal.

I am too realistic to believe anyone would actually desire to see nude pictures of me.

I feel fortunate that my Japanese wife still enjoys intimacy with me after two children and fourteen years of marriage. When I say intimacy, each and every night while we are sitting on the couch, watching TV, currently Suits, Hawaii Five-O, or White Collar, she snuggles up and puts her head on my lap or my shoulder. And, once a week, we still enjoy an extremely satisfying romp.

From what I've read from on this forum, this kind of behavior between a gaijin husband and a Japanese wife is the exception rather than the rule at our point in marriage.

I am a lucky man!

Nude + Photo + cellphone= Ruination keg

Alls ruination takes is a few seconds. Take a woman who took photos of herself that were only for her husband to see. A student acessed her phone, sent them to his phone, and then distributed them to many people. She was blamed, shamed, and fired.

Another woman was a porn star. In her old age, under this new digital era, her past long buried and forgotten, uploaded onto some sex video site. She was removed of her duties as a mentor and she ended up suing in court. I don't remember the outcome.

The negatives outweigh the positives. Some of those "Girls Gone Wild" have become adults and every now and then exposed. And again, shamed and fired from their jobs.

This happens in Japan where you are. Some TV talent or investment firm worker was exposed for having a rather clotheless sexy past. Now why people love to expose others is a great mystery. But it happens every day.

Think of all the movie stars and others who have been hacked and extorted. This happens every day too. So even if you only intended the pictures for private use, keeping them stored puts you at risk. So I always say, no sexy, provacative pics. I delete them very quickly and block people that do it.

My body looks like a rubber chicken so if I send a nude, I can be confident that it will not benefit me, the person receiving, nor the internet. Memes would ruin my life!

Ruination is in the touch of that circular button! Many thousands have experienced it.

I share photos with female and male friends very regularly. The only exception I make is with a married fwb. We are extremely careful, even the wording of Line messages. But apart from that, the human body and sex are natural and (often) beautiful in all their divers forms, and I see no problem with people seeing me naked, even if they know me outside of a sexual relationship. Of course, I don't send photos without a request or desire to see them.

Good to hear that Japan has hope!

Your descriptions and examples are precisely what I mean by the razor's edge!

And.. if history is any guide, what was formerly scandalous, e.g., women voting, bikinis, gay marriage, mixed marriages, legal marijuana, living together, integration, divorce, you get the picture, are mostly accepted and mostly ignored. What's truly amazing, almost all took place during my youth up to the present. (Two, you can guess, were before my time)

Maybe that is the future, but at present, those activities are still grounds for ruination! Make no mistake about it, clauses in contracts that are specific about conduct, will lead to termination. Student contracts also have similar clauses. Unless clauses in these employment contracts change, ruination is a reality. Social contracts, depending on the region, could result in relication or a long road to recovering, but no doubt the initial damage will be high!

We are in agreement.

That's why being on the edge of a razor is dangerous.:inpain:

I'm guessing divorce and integration. ;)

But the possibility of ruination is exactly why trust is paramount and for me, encryption separate from the test of my phone is important.

Nice try, but no cigar!

I feel like this attitude is (slowly) shifting though. Like that revenge porn website owner who got a big (and deserved) jail sentence. And the leak of celebrity nudes caused a lot of symphaty and defense of girls like Jennifer Lawrence as well.

Also there are women who have build their carreer on leaked sextapes, like Paris Hilton and Kim K.

I do think Japanese work environment might be very strict on things like this, since Japan is all about "it doesn't matter what you do, it matters who knows you do it".
I think there should be some kind of law everywhere that makes it impossible to fire people for having nude pictures or sextapes of them leaked, especially since it doesn't effect if they are good employees or not. I hope such a thing will happen.

I really think porn and blurry sexting nudes are different things. Like i said, the internet is full of naked women but if you do porn you give the rights of you nude appearance away to a company, and the company benefits finacially from exposing you as much as possible so you're at a pretty big risk.

The point is that eventually this type of thing either will bite you in the ass or bite you in the ass. And until the world goes "anything goes", don't be surprise if 25 percent of the 60 percent of humans who have gone fully nude get shamed, blamed, and shit canned!

On the other hand, if sports olayers go fully nude for mags or companies like Nike, ESPN, Sports Illustrated, it is acceptable. Of we are talking about sexting! They also have millions.

Leaked videos are not sexting, those are business ploys. People pay to see celebs which are less than a fraction of a percent of the population. People pay to see stolen nudy pics of celebs. Sometimes celebs fit into this category of sexting and nudys gone wrong. At best, your gonads are exposed or you are caught with your pants down with your favorite mistress or pro. At worst, you can find yourself begging the DA not to send you tovthe sodomy house. Both men and women have ended up there. I recall a British celeb guy going to prison recently over sexting.

Texting with nudy pics. If those pics get in the wrong hands, embarrassment is one thing, ruination another. It's not worth losing your career over if you have one of those types of images built up.

Paris Hilton is known as a exhibitionists. She's shown more skin than the porn industry. She's not going to be negatively affected like the average man and woman.

Perhaps your problem is that you have not had a career to defend yet. Until you have to do that, you probably can't understand the ramifications. Many have come to understand the perils of having there reputations dinted or destroyed over pictures, which includes celebs and high ranking officials.

One thing people forget is that someday they will have children and will have to explain all those pics that there bff just found of mom online. Articles state that kids can be impacted over the distribution of pics of their parents in compromising positions. If porn lovers can identify pornstars and then out them on the internet, so too can parents. Thus we see this plaayed out every day. Sexting affects the young and the old. To each there own.

In the past people sent pics in the mail. That took days and lots of people may have destroyed them after changing their minds. Now, digitally. It only takes a second to get on the road to ruination. Destroying a digital photo doesn't happen. It's still out there forever. Of course, I believe in the Madonna approach. Take every possible pose you can think of and make a coffee table photo book, call it art and then problems solved until you have to explain to your kids. That did come up. I bet that was a fun convo!

I stand by my anti-sexting policy. Prevents a lot of things.

I hope my days of volunteering to pose nude during my uni days for student artists never comes back to bite me in the ass someday before I draw my pension. But wait, that could be explained away as a contribution to training artists. Safe!

In general, you can all do sexting until you break the net, it's your choice. Just remember that you have a good probability of being embarrassed or ruined.
