Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a good real estate agency? I've never moved here before.

I don't speak or read Japanese, but the girlfriend does so domestic is ok.

I'm in touch with Kencorp already.

I don't want a serviced apartment.

I used Kencorp when I moved within Tokyo 18 months ago, they assigned an English speaker to support me.

Also used Housing Japan when I first came here.

Why not just find a local agent in the area you want to live and go from there?

I've dealt with エイブル as a client intially and later as a business partner, very average and they have a large footprint.

The best way is going to the local agencies with your girlfriend in the area you want to move to as @TAG Manager. You can easily find them around station and they are often right next to each other or at least very close to each other. You don't need to walk a lot to find more than one.

Though your choice may slim down just because you are non Japanese....
My mom owns her real estate agency but she won't accept non Japanese. She has bad experience...
