All,

A couple of reminders that I would like to remind our members about plus some new items to maintain caution with. We ask that you respect these wishes and move these discussions somewhere else or cease discussing them altogether!

Prohibited Content Review:

- Underage Material -- This is regarded as anything that involved persons who are aged below 18. There have been a few cases where code words have been found in use and this needs to stop, NOW. We will not tolerate, endorse, support, approve or facilitate communications that potential situations where underage persons (male or female) are discussed in situations.

> Simplex Examples:
Persons seeking active high school or middle school girls, no matter their age - PROHIBITED.
Persons seeking girls regardless of school status that are not the legal age of 18 - PROHIBITED.
Seeking legal services of a regular fuuzoku shop with young adult females over the age of 18 - ALLOWED.

- Drugs -- Japan has a strong stance against illegal or unapproved drugs except in cases where you have a legally cleared prescription for your personal use of certain medications. Regardless of what country you're from, once in Japan, the laws of the land are Japan's laws and not where your passport is from. Please absolutely refrain from discussing the use or sales of illegal substances in Japan. This mainly refers to people that active seek sources to obtain illegal drugs... we honestly don't care what you do in your personal time, but please don't broadcast that activity on this site. --- Everytime someone gets busted in Japan for drugs they'll always turn around and say "it was a gaijin that sold me the drugs."

Exceptions on the rules above: There are only a couple of exceptions, which have been outlined in the past.

1) Discussion of underage activities or drugs that has taken place on a major news media source - these can be linked and discussed without issue as long as the discussion remains with in the rules.

2) Reports of abuse -- If you identify a shop that is involved in sex trafficking, slavery or otherwise illegal activity, it can be reported here to make sure people avoid furthering that business to further exploit vulnerable men and women. In extreme cases and where possible, we urge you to notify police. If not in person, at least anonymously.

Thank you for your cooperation on the above points. TAG does not need attention from the wrong people and we don't want members who are only here to source these kinds of services. There are plenty of other places to discuss these things at your own risk, just don't do it here.

Also, please use the report function on any post, thread or private conversation if you suspect any illicit activity. Every report is examined and dealt with (or rejected if we judge that the issue does not need attention). -- You may also email the helpdesk with a report if it's something that's better discussed in email.

Thank You.
