What Do You Do To Relieve Stress After Work?

Dude... look at the theme of the forum, haha.
Is there anything that relieves more stress than spending some time with a cute companion?

I've also been into Korean ASMR on Youtube for a while. I like it because I can't speak a word of Korean so its just pleasant sounds (when I listen to English or Japanese ASMR I tend to start listening to what they're saying which sort of takes me out of the "zone"). This uploader is my favorite:

If I've got the energy (which lately I usually don't) I also hit the gym and lift a bit. I'm far from a gym rat but, at least for me, it definitely clears my head and refreshes me a bit.

I don't get tired from school or work at all, if anything they give me more energy. But if there is one thing I can't do after its working out, hahaha. That absolutely doesn't work for me.
If I'm really burned out I enjoy watching some Netflix on the couch with a warm cup of soup or something.

I discovered ASMR videos on YouTube just over a year ago now? I've been having issues with falling asleep at a reasonable time, and listening to those videos really helps my body to wind down.

Or if all else fails, some Joy of Painting with Bob Ross does the trick for me

His instructional videos are just so calm and soothing, and plus you also get to see the guy finish an impressive looking painting under 30 minutes!

Swearing lullabies. Just letting the profanities flutter from your tongue hits the g spot of soothing sensations.

In all seriousness, binaural beats works immensely for me

Rock and roll. Very, very, very loud rock and roll.

Iaido class once a week, walk from the office to the apartment when possible, 45 minutes or so, watch some TV with a glass of red wine once the weather is colder.

@BIPSY @faboo2001 The only reason why I know what ASMR is because a few hours before reading this thread, i was reading NoSleep (a place where writers post scary stories) and my favorite author had posted this story.
Hahahaha pretty much a modern retelling of the kidney thief story.

I've never had an ASMR/binaural video really "work" on me. There's even ones that apparently suppose to provide you a "hands free orgasm". Obviously I tried it out of curiosity and it didn't work at all!

I had a strange experience. I was in hospital and when I woke up, I couldn't feel anything. I shouted for the doctor to come. 'What's the matter?' she enquired.
'I can't feel my legs!' I shouted. Then I realised I couldn't feel my body either. I tried to touch my face, but screamed 'i can't feel anything!'
The doctor looked at me and said, 'sorry, we bandaged your fingers.'

;)

I am afraid that my way doesn't work for the most of the people who work for a company but...I travel a lot. I have about one week vacation monthly, you know what I mean.
Whenever I feel like to relax myself, I simply fly to somewhere close by for good food, some shopping and good massage. I love the freedom of my life.
