Indeed it is crude language, but let's also have the intellectual honesty to admit we are talking about the world of prostitution.

You seem to have no problem with the words pimps and johns, why is that?

Considering the feedback I got on my comment its not just me that felt it inappropriate. Whore is a word used to vilify and degrade women. Pimp and John are not degrading.

Agreed. The only socially acceptable use for that word, IMO, is to refer to politicians. And sometimes lawyers.

Bottom line, I'll respect your request and avoid using that word in this forum.

However, I find your logic puzzling and am offended by your lack of sensitivity to derogatory male terms.
