    The Pink Cow in Akasaka is a popular hang-out for the foreign/international arty crowd. Good Tex Mex food too. A fair few English teachers trying to palm themselves off as artists/DJs/whatever but that goes with the territory.

    The bigger and more visible the places are, it seems the more likely they are to observe the rules. Hence bars, restaurants etc. in Roppongi Hills and Midtown have last orders by 20:00 and close at (latest) 21:00. Hubs and 82 Ale Houses seem to follow the rules too. I won't drop any dimes...
