First things first is that these shop is gaijin-friendly. There are some girls who will accept non Japanese speaking foreigners while most will accept Japanese speaking ones. You will need to look through the site to see if your desired girl is one who will. You could also just leave it up to the shop and they will assign you one which is the default as I don’t remember being asked for a nomination.
I did all the talking in Japanese but there’s a sign there that says that English is OK. Only problem that one who doesn’t know Japanese might run into is the free and paid options as they are in Japanese only. I suggest looking up what options you want before going there.
