News 1/13/2015 - Updates To Post & Thread Titles Editing

All,

We have now placed restrictions on post & thread title editing.

This apparently has been abused somewhat and we have now put the brakes on this issue:

1) Thread Titles - 10 Minutes
2) Posts - 45 Minutes

If you need something edited after the fact, please contact a moderator or send an email to helpdesk @ tokyoadultguide.com and we will support you if we deem it necessary to fulfill your requests.

In other words, please be careful what you write the first time.

Revision Announcement:

The settings for editing of past content has been revised:

Post Edit: 60 Minutes
Thread Title: Unlimited

Post edit logging is enabled and management reserves the right to revert content to its original posting state in the event of illicit editing. Additionally, we can review editing activity via a central log viewer as exampled below. As we become more comfortable, we will open up the editing functions a little further. Again, we ask users to use sound judgement when editing older content.

Additional Point:

For our regular members, if you see posts or threads being editing maliciously, please be sure to report it. For all reported cases, we can easily review the history and correct any issues that arise.
