We have enabled the 'Anonymous Reporting' section as seen at this link:

The way this works is that you can post any information in this section and it will ONLY be seen by myself (TAG Manager) and the designated moderators which are currently only @Karen & @meiji --- You can see your own reports and our replies but you cannot view other reports that are submitted through this portal.
We will add a form to this area soon, but for now, please fee free to submit the following types of reports:
1) Service Reviews - When you submit a review through this portal, we will re-post it under a special account and it will not be tied to your TAG account. (We will keep the record so that you have credit for writing a review.)
2) Service Issues - Inline with #1 above, you can also report issues related to health such as STD or other factors that should be made public to protect other clients that could be at risk.
Please note that we reserve the right to reject claims that's may be unfounded or especially obscure reports that seem out of place without some sort of fact to backup the claim. We will use reasonable judgement in how these are handled, but you are always free to file an appeal if we reject to post your claim.
