Honestly, Friday the 13th has nothing to do with today's update, I just felt like writing it in the title. 
Today's Updates:
- Post Editing: Time restriction was adjusted.
- Thread Title Editing: No Change, Just to clarify that this was not adjusted with post editing.
- Thread Control: Thread owners now have additional control over the thread they started.
- Front Page: Information blocks adjusted, new "Most Likes" grid was added for just entertainment purposes.
- Avatars: Restrictions relaxed.
- Mail System: Further adjustments for capacity and avoiding problematic users.
- Border Protection: Additional audit checks configured; some visitors may get blocked. The situation will be monitored and further adjustments will be made as deemed necessary.
