Maintenance 11/8/2021 - Support Desk Outage [Resolved]

We noted that there is an issue with the support desk ticket queue and it is currently being investigated.

Approximately six (6) support tickets are affected and each will be addressed once this issue has been resolved.

Thanks for your patience, the issue has been resolved.

Cause: Email queue job was stuck - a few people got duplicate emails once the queue was reset. (including a few old tickets that had already been closed)

Missed tickets are being manually reviewed and handled.
