This is just a gentle reminder about mail management!
If you are expecting an email from our site regarding:
- Watched thread notification.
- Private Message notification.
- Login Verification (2FA).
- Settings Change (Mail)
- New Account Confirmation (or Re-Confirmation)
Please be sure that you:
1) Whitelist or add our domain (tokyoadultguide.com) to your safe sender list.
2) Check your spam or junk mail folders if you a message you are expecting hasn't arrived in a timely manner.
3) Please check your email address for typos (This is a VERY common problem!)
Continued Service:
- If your email address becomes invalid, your account will be suspended upon detection. (hard or soft bounce)
- Please adjust your mail notification settings from your member's control panel (http://tokyoadultguide.com/account)
- In the case that your account becomes suspended or banned, please contact our helpdesk for further assistance.
Reminder:
- TAG does not release member data in any shape or form.
- TAG does not participate in any marketing campaigns. (i.e We do not randomly release SPAM mail.)
- TAG operates services on best-effort basis, please be sure to protect you and your devices no matter what we do here.
Why does all of this matter?
In preservation of the TAG ecosystem, we attempt to keep valid accounts valid and we try to eliminate a negative score when it comes to bounced or blocked mail. If our score drops, our legitimate site mail may be blocked from major service providers thus causing service issues to our members.
