Greetings TAG Members!

We would like to remind members of the review quality control process.

When you submit a review, it goes through a QC process before release. If we have any comments that need to be addressed prior to release, you will be notified via a reply on the review itself. (The review owner can see it, before it's released publicly.)

Additionally, we do not always release reviews immediately and we also throttle reviews where one particular agency or provider is getting too many reviews back-to-back. Reviews are released in batches (groups) and not individually.

As a part of the QC process, we are also evaluating the person making the reviews. If you are a brand new member with no other posts, your review will have a good chance of getting rejected or held because many fake, paid or otherwise compensated reviews are posted by people who have no interest in participating in TAG after making a review. This is a case-by-case basis and new members should not be discouraged if they are writing an honest review.

Bottom line:

1. Review submitted by member
2. QC Process > Review/Update
3. Hold/Throttle (Queue)
4. User Examination
5. Approval/Rejection

There is no need to report or otherwise contact us about the review you posted. All reviews are noted in our queue and we have a constant reminder on our screen that reviews are pending.
