News 8/3/2017 - Summer Update

We hope everyone is having a wonderful summer!

Today, I would just like to briefly give an update on things going on at TAG as we move through the summer months.

1) Administrative & Maintenance Tasks

• We have a backlog of admin tasks to clear out, mainly around account clean up.
• We will have a system maintenance early next week, probably on Tuesday 8/8/2017.
• Support Requests - These mostly have been handled, but a few are still outstanding.

2) Projects - Ongoing

• TAG has two major projects underway, but are moving slowly due to resources. Both are currently on hold until we clear the obon holidays.
• We have one minor project in regards to moving some things around with reviews. Mainly, this is related to moving Soapland reviews to their own area to make it easier for people to find.
• Other parts of our review content are being reworked and refreshed for ease of use.

3) Staff Updates

• Karen is on an assignment abroad; expected to be back after Sept. 1.

4) Policy Updates

• TAG has tried to maintain a fairly open stage over the years, but the growing pains require some attention. There will be some changes coming towards how we approach and handle reports and certain attitudes that are unwelcome at TAG.
