Both are good choices - but you have to decide what you main target it and what your budget.
Having a private, unique moment with a escort is definitely better than just going to a message place. There's nothing wrong with going the massage route, but it won't be as 'personal' as it is with a escort.

Those aren't strictly escorts, as they almost never provide full sex.
The pics are mostly accurate, JK Style less so. If you figure out the links some girls on both sites have photo diaries. The pics there are much more accurate.

As stated, these are not strictly escort services. They are Japanese delivery health services, which provide some basic play with optional services.
'Escort Service' includes a number of options that are either available by extra fees or just not available at a DH service.
@Hofmeyer gives good advice for the DH shops where you can see the girls' diary.
Asian Mystique and Nasty Dolls are agencies that provide FS and cater to foreigners exclusively so there is English support.
There are also some soaplands that accept foreigners but pictures are often photoshopped heavily so you cant be sure what to expect.
What kind of girls do you like? Someone may know of a specific girl at a venue or soap that fits the bill.
JK style is great for that but usually no FS.
Soapland Dolce would also be really good but it may require basic Japanese.

Yes, I'll try JK Style too, but first I want to try in Dolce, and I want to know how those girls are. When I know which girls I'll probably like at Dolce, I'll start to see the ones at JK Style.
