As stated by many others, Dave and Craig are super responsive via email anytime of the day which is great for people like myself who don't have international plans for calling. They really do listen to what you have to say and provide recommendations as well as advice. The entire appointment setup was smooth.
2) Kei
I remember opening the door and seeing Kei and being immediately intimidated by her looks. She is gorgeous and carries herself very well. Her English is top notch as she is truly both Japanese and American. We talked great lengths about culture and our lives in the states, it was a great experience. She seemed extremely genuine and right at home with zero awkwardness. One thing to note is that she is definitely a strong independent person, which I personally really enjoyed, especially during our dinner. It was as if I was with a long time friend. Quite a strong personality which could be off putting to some reserved people, but I loved it.
