Any experience with Thai Mild and communicating in english?

Hello

First post here. I have been lurking here for awhile as I have a trip to Tokyo for business towards the end of summer.

Was wondering if anyone has had luck with communicating with thai-mild in english for ordering escorts and if its even possible? I've searched and every review or post was done mainly in basic to fluent Japanese. It seems to be a much better deal than AM, although if there will be issues I would not mind just going with AM.

It seems like that ordering and arranging a date is done in basic Japanese, while some providers can of course speak English.

We do have quite a number of reviews...
