Looking for any suggestions on sites to find a good, long-term Japanese sugar daddy.
I do escort but recently I feel like a mutually beneficial arrangement would suit my present lifestyle/work schedule a lot better.

I don't have a solid answer to your question, but there are a number of people here with SD/SB experience that may be able to answer your questions.

There are some ladies here that meet up with Japanese guys on service level (Escort or other) but I've not heard about any of them having a successful Japanese SD, yet.

There are definitely some SDs on SA who are either Japanese or foreign residents of Tokyo, but there are also many (more I think) SDs who spend time regularly in Tokyo but are not residents. (Personally I am sort of in-between.) It is also possible to find Japanese SDs and foreign resident SDs via UC, but it is often difficult to deal with the company, and very few of their SBs get any significant number of dates. So, with SA or UC, you need some patience and/or luck to find a good resident SD. Moreover, they are in demand, so there is a lot of competition.

There are numerous other date clubs that cater exclusively or almost exclusively to Japanese SDs, but for the most part you need to speak Japanese well enough to conduct your dates in that language to use them. Obviously your chances of getting a Japanese SD improve dramatically with your ability to speak Japanese.

One advantage of SA is that you can be very specific about what sort of arrangement you wish to find. For example, you could indicate that you are not interested in SDs who are not residents or who are not Japanese if those are your preferences. Of course, lots of jerks will ignore what you write (or never read it), but it will filter out at least some of them.

Do you happen to know the names of some of these date clubs?
The only other ones I could find seemed quite similar to Universe Club so it's really hard to tell which ones have more active male members. Some also seem to focus on recruiting a very specific type of girl, a mold which I know I don't fit, so I don't really want to waste my time or theirs.

It's always a bit of a bet and sometimes you don't get lucky fast. I don't have much to add to the options already mentioned but i can tell some things about my own experience with them.

It also depends a bit on how high your expectations are for financial support and how much time you are willing to spend with your daddy. High expectations will have lower succes, and will make some of the options mentioned before quite useless to try (deai cafe and quite some of the Japanese kosai clubs cater to mostly normal salary men and some guys with reasonably got jobs like doctors or small company shachos but they might not have a big lot of money to spend or might be stingy).

That your Japanese is fluent is a huge plus of course...and you have my envy in that regard. My own ability in Japanese is somewhere a few notches south of totally pathetic, so I don't know the Japanese kosai club scene at all because I have no access to it myself. Talking to @User#8628 privately (and other TAG escorts maybe) is probably your best bet (within TAG).

Since your Japanese is fluent, you could do a search using 'パパ募集' and you should get a few Japanese boards where people are advertising for SD. However, I have no experience with any of these boards so not sure if they are effective in finding the kind of SD you want.
