Massage? Sure. Just call the front desk, almost every hotel has a shiatsu massage agency on call.

There’s not much around shinagawa station itself. A few stops on the yamanote line in either direction there’s loads and you cant miss them. Depending on how carnal you want your ending, and how small you want the massage / ending ratio to be, you will want to go to, or avoid gotanda
