Anyone tried with these Tinder girls with their Twitter account in their profile?

I know Tinder is shit and most of matches I'm getting is young girl with their Twitter account on their profile and some description which implied they offer P4P if you DM her on Twitter.

Has anyone gone thought it and see how it goes? Are they legit or are they mostly run by some guys trying to scam you?

Just tried once by curiosity and here was her reply:

Pretty sure they're scams.
I've never tried one, but it's pretty easy to tell if their twitter pictures are fake with a quick reverse image search (and they usually are).

If you want sex for 2man, there are better and safer ways than meeting up with a tinder rando.
