Are fetishes mostly a man’s thing or do women equally represent in this area?

I’ve never known of a woman with a fetish, but I’ve read about men having them in the crime news. Has anyone ever dated a woman with a fetish?

I've known many with fetishes - sometimes very specific ones. Not at all unusual to meet women in Tokyo who have a fetish for men of a specific ethnic background.

The oddest one I've ever known was a gorgeous woman (could have easily been a runway model) that had a fetish for Columbo, as portrayed by Peter Falk. She ended up marrying a man who was a dead ringer for him, and insisted he wear a tan overcoat and keep his hair cut the same way....

In my younger days I dated a women who got off on having sex in public or when other people were around. I wasn't really into it but obliged her. It made for some interesting situations.

What does the crime news say about men and their fetishes?

I once dated a woman that I thought was just into vanilla sex until I figured out she was into some weird things like jerking me off into a cup of coffee and then drinking it like in the pornos. Hey - that would have been a good thing to mention in the jizz thread... it's been so long I didn't think about it.

I read that a man would go around sucking the toes of women or something like that. But I’ve never heard of women having such fetishes that have lead to arrest. The previous post about sex in public, I always assumed was initiated by the man.

Well I hope he didn't just waltz into a nail salon and start sucking on all the customers toes.

The only time I see women get in trouble over sex stuff is when female teachers bang their 14 year old students. Where were all those teachers when I was in school?! As Bill Maher says, it's not a crime -- it's a crime they didn't get it on video, lol.

It's often easier for women to find partners willing to fulfill their kinky desires than it is for men.

I had a woman FWB - she got me to tie her hands with my necktie. Then she wanted more so I started bringing rope, trying other things. Eventually I was tying her spread-eagle to the bed, arms above her head and gag her with my cock... then use her in different ways. I didn't really get into doing it as much as I got into how it turned her on.

If that was what I was wanted I'm not sure how easy it would be to find a woman to let me do it.

Do you mean a fetish or a fantasy? Or perhaps a kink? There are actually differences between them.

Lots (most?) people have fantasies, that is, things, situations, activities whatever that they find incredibly arousing and will either think about or seek to put into practice (not all fantasies play out well in real life though)

On the other hand, a fetish is much more when the person can ONLY get aroused or enjoy sex in a particular situation or with a particular thing (eg latex or boots etc)

Personally, I've never met a man or a woman like that - although I'm sure they do exist (and anecdotally it does seem to be more common in men than women).

On the other hand, perhaps kink is the right word? I would call a kink a situation, activity, object that really does regularly arouse you very much (like a fantasy come to life) but you are also quite happy and fulfilled just having "normal" sex as well.

In the example above of the woman having sex in public. If that were something that really turned her on a lot more than normal sex then I would call that a kink. But, if she could ONLY get aroused or climax by having sex outdoors then I would call that a fetish.

I think that there are a lot more women that have kinks than you might think. They just don't (generally speaking) go round advertising the fact unless (generally) they are with someone who will be supportive of that kink. Just my personal view though, I may be wrong.

On a side note, a friend once explained to me their idea of the difference between "erotic" and "kinky" which was really rather a different take on the word:-

"If you use a feather on a woman then that's erotic; if you use the whole chicken then that's just kinky."

Good point. In that sense i would say i have kinks rather than fetishes. Although nothing involving chicken.

Talk about a die hard double standard.

It is gross when people (men and women) have sex with underage people IMO lol.

When I was 14, I fantasized being taken advantage of by my Latin teacher, but sadly, she never did

I also had a female acquaintance grab my ass once. A firm grab on one cheek. Felt totally violated :meh:
Before #metoo, the firm squeeze of the ass was an internationally accepted test of our sexual wiring.
A face full of pleasure: We are submissive.
Blushing and running away: We are vanilla.
Slapping the assgrabbing lady/gentleman: We are dominant.

Now, it lands you in jail, and the birth rate will decline even more
