Are General Reviews Of A Shop Acceptable?

I wouldn't mind contributing general reviews of two fashion health places I've been but I don't know certain details like the names of the provider or exactly when I went there so they wouldn't conform to the "good review standard. Guidance please?

While we do prefer more detailed reviews, please feel free to submit as much information as you can remember. Basic points to cover are things like:

1. Service: Was it good, bad, average? Was the girl as pictured or did you feel like it was a bait-n-switch? (i.e. not the real girl in the pic)
2. Shop Service: Did you have any problems with making an appointment? Any language barriers?
3. Would you repeat? (Yes/No and maybe Why?)

We really appreciate any information that you are willing to share!
