Not to mention the old guy dressed as some kind of circus clown with a tiger head mask, you probably saw him too cruising the area on his bike.

Saw him all the time.

There was also a guy masturbating sometimes, near the entrance, nobody gave a damn

Didn't have that pleasure.

In my tower and around it you could meet really unusual characters: hostesses, hosts, gays, trans, shady rich guys probably having just a “pied-a-terre” there, games programming nerds, yaks, even the odd mum and dad with their kids.

It was definitely a mix of every type...
