I'll be visiting Kokura for 2 weeks in early September this year, and I'm wondering if any of you has Intel about the place. I'm a fluent Japanese speaker, but since I usually go to Tokyo, I don't really know the scene and how things work in Fukuoka.

Got a connection who offered to arrange overnight Japanese Escort for JPY 350K, but I think that it's too overpriced. I had a luck with Japanese Half/Mixed Tachinbo (Streetwalker) in Shin-Okubo earlier this year, so I'm wondering if something similar exist in Fukuoka.

First off, you need to recognize the Fukuoka and Kokura are two entirely different places. Fukuoka, meaning proper Fukuoka, MAY have some options for you if you're willing to get shut down multiple times in Nakasu before maybe striking gold. In any event, it will NOT be anywhere near as accessible as Tokyo. Far, far from it.

As for actual Kokura in Kita-Kyushu, I've spent a bunch of time there as I have some very dear friends from that small city whose families are very influential there (and not in a good way) and I suggest you heed this warning: tread very, very carefully in that little city because it's the headquarters of the Kudo-Kai yakuza group and they have their tentacles in EVERYTHING in town. In case you haven't been in Japan long, they were once labeled by the government as the most violent gang in Japan and domestic terrorists, and were known to murder city officials by gun and explosive. I believe they assassinated (or tried to) the mayor of Nagasaki?

Honestly, I just wouldn't fuck around, Asian or not. I'm 100% ethnically Japanese and unless I have my Kokura friends personally arrange it for me I wouldn't ever try my luck there. Get on the express and you can be at Hakata station in a half hour. P4P will still be challenging there (I've had Japanese-American friends get blocked from simple strip clubs in Nakasu, just because they were American) but there's significantly less risk of catching one hell of a beating for trying to talk your way into the wrong venue. Kyushu men aren't pussies like the ones up in Kansai or Kanto. They will beat your ass.
