I booked Mako because i like young and slim girls... And i was totally satisfied with Mako, she is the GND student style, nice face and slim body, very funny and friendly, true GFE, she not cheat with customers, she wants you fell good, very good massage also i have to mention that.
I will not share the details, but she has a very good talent with oral communication , and speak a very good english. Nice girl that i recommend...I must say that the staff of this agency is very professional and friendly, very nice staff there.

Not a real onsen (since the water doesn't naturally come out of the ground there) but Thermae is a very new, pretty nice bathing complex in Shinjuku:
