Best places to meet college-aged people in Tokyo?

So after my first semester abroad in the Kansai area, I moved to Tokyo for work before the Fall semester and will be here until the end of August. I quickly realized I have no contacts in this region of Japan, so I would like to try and find places to make friends and/or socialize with either International or Japanese people around my age (18-24). Anyone know of any good spots where it's easy to meet and talk to people in this range?
