"Best time to come to a happening bar (swinger's club)?", is often asked.
There is none. Action is random and unpredictable. Usually the evening/night of Friday, Saturday, or on the day of an event will be best. However, due to randomness, it depends and an off-day like Tuesday or Sunday afternoon could be action-packed or Saturday could be almost empty.
