I’m married but currently sexless for the past 18 months.
I’m a foreign woman in Tokyo and want to meet for NSA fun but in a safe and discreet way. Any apps/websites or places (bars etc) to recommend?

I think the risk for crazy is there no matter the precautions any of us take. The best thing we can all do is mitigate our risks. Happening bars are always available for a random encounter. You said you don’t want to get into sugaring. However, from a man’s aspect, you can find less risky men there. Guys here have many high-traffic options. A suggestion to you as a women, use online. At the Kousai Clubs many girls waste their time waiting to be chosen as they have time to kill. With 18m in a sexless marriage, you can take not being chose the wrong way, when it comes down to timing. Especially since the flow of men there are unpredictable.

Use online, but try not to break an appointment, especially if you are not asking for tea-money.
 
Why not use Tinder or other typical matching sites? I disagree that sugar sites give one a better or higher quality selection of men. Maybe on average SDs will have more $ but probably will have a more selfish outlook from a sexual perspective. Hahaha I guess you could be right there. I haven’t used Tinder in a while, but is it possible to register under a nickname without too many identifying photos?

I love the idea of having an affair with a married woman, I've tried to arrange it several times but usually they can only meet daytime on weekdays.

If you register on Badoo, you can use any photos and the guys will be lining up, myself included ; )

Is that comment based on first hand knowledge or speculation. I am an over 50 sugar daddy and am waaay more giving in my love making than I ever was when young. Plus I can fuck forever unlike a twenty something.
