Pururungang allows Japanese speaking gaijin. If you can make a booking with a delivery health in Japanese, maybe they'd let you use their service. Its worth calling and trying.

Pururungang is the way to go for sure. I would say they specialize in what your are describing.

They take Japanese speaking foreigners with no problem, however booking by phone is very difficult as the tencho speaks incredibly fast.
