My guess is that if the girl initiated it and if you are not violent or anything, they wont call the police. Having actual police over the floor isn’t good for these establishments either.
I think getting a fine or ruining it for other foreigners are more likely, though I wouldn’t say huge chance if again it was the girl’s idea and she is not complaining. But this is just my reasoning, i have not much experience with these establishments.

It would be extremely rare for them to call the police - if they're going that far, it's because a customer is crossing the line into full on violence.
Fines, distinct possibility if the girl complains. And as you can probably guess, they don't call the police to get those fines collected.
Seriously, just don't go to these - or any - places with the intention of breaking the house rules. There are always other establishments that will cater to what you're into, after all.
Also keep in mind, if the shop sees you doing something against the rules, the girl's job might be on the line too.
Who do you think she'll throw under the bus to keep her job if she has to? I hope your card has limits, they'll march you down to the ATM and firmly suggest you should draw an amount for damages.

This is so true.... based on my experience with the police here and trying to get them to stop scammers (Literally got beat up by street scammers, who were scamming people right in front of me trying to get them to go to a known scam joint. Police made them pay my hospital bills but the police scolded me, told me pressing charges would be next to impossible and told me they wouldn't help me again if I got involved in trying to help other people like that, people in Japan don't get involved like that etc... )
If you broke rules in one of these establishments and the girl or someone else broke your arm etc, and you went to the police, the staff would start making outrageous claims beyond what you really did to the girl and you would be looking at the police suggesting it might be better for you if you paid them money.
Don't think just because you are in Japan that everything is perfectly safe, that the worst that can happen is you get banned from a shop.

Not really. “Breaking the rules” in most if not all of these places would include being drunk, having tattoos, using abusive language and looking into other booths. I guess, in your mind, this deserves a broken arm? I read carefully and write carefully too. The comment had an obviously malevolent intent. Violence is OK if it is an “Escort defending herself by enforcing the rules.” That is essentially what was conveyed. And if it is some poor guy who is a bit boozed and unintentionally crosses some vague line, he should be asked to leave. Fine. Broken arm, hardly.
Tbh some guys used to attempt fingering or they got very aggressive. Nobody is willing to catch UTI or yeast infection just because some guy will MAYBE come see her again, customers come and go all the time.
I’m not a violent person but I will not sit down and watch if someone tries to hurt me.

If someone touches you forcefully in a way that you don’t like, you should return the gesture with ten times the force. But if someone just annoys you or angers you or makes you feel uncomfortable, well then you should just leave if you are on your own, or have the offender removed if you are in a shop.
I am not a violent person either. I do believe though that some people don’t understand reason or kindness and only understand violence or the threat of violence. Scratch that. Not some people, most people. In fact, when you get right down to it, the world is ruled by violence. But that’s better left unsaid.
