I've had my hair dyed to light, reddish brown for ages, but I'm thinking going back to natural black. Absolute noir makes my face, rather plain...But I'm curious to see the difference, and hopefully gain exotic touch to my feature!

What is your preferences? I'd like to know general idea. it's like a servey.

Thank you for your co-operation.

I love the contrast of dyed hair on Asians. Light brown like kyabajo have is best imo.
But are you allowed to have dyed hair at your company?
Maybe at western companies its ok, but I thought Japanese companies usually don’t allow it.

I think light brown only works if the girl has fair skin and light brown eyes. Light brown hair and dark eyes seems weird to me...that said probably my favorite type now is very light skin/light brown hair/light brown eyes

As a guy who like Asian girls I definitely prefer their natural colors and forms. :)

That's an ideal for non Asians, but for Asians, we find our hair plain, when not dyed. But I do want to go back to black and see how guyz spark thegr eyes on me. (o^^o)

This is my preference for all races: Don't go more than 1-2 tones lighter or stick to a natural ombré / highlights. Darker hair in good condition
exceeds straw like damaged blond hair.

Good advise! Tashikani!!

Kyabajo brown hair is majourity of Japanese girls like.
Natural brown tone colour can be acceptable, but maybe not for very brown or others. I'd check ladies in office uniforms and see how they have natural hair or dyed. lol.

I had a thing for bald girls in my youth. Added bonus: you save money on the shampoo.

My company allows dyed hair, as it's a French company. They might allow Orange hair in Paris. I don't know, but there's no office attire policy for hair, or pumps colours. I thought we should restrict too kinky high heel pumps, but for hair, I don't see anyone outrageous, so no issues, so far! (^ー^)

Interesting! I rather have light brown eyes, so I guess my dyed colour was good fit. But going back to dark...we'll see!

You mean, you were a girl in your youth???
I use 3,000 yen Shampoo/ Conditioner I purchase it at my hair salon. To keep good hair after dyed, better have good shampoo/ Con.

it really depends on the girl. Some suit natural..some look better with some brown or reddish brown. Even heavy dyed blond gyaru is hot sometimes
I was just thinking that. Plus it also depends on my mood too, especially if we're speaking of P4P situations.

I could even go for a girl with hair like that done well.

I’m wild about the light brown / blonde on Japanese girls. It works so well, really takes the exoticism to the never level. I think because the quality of the dying is so good. If you go to other Asian countries like Vietnam, you see some dyed hair but it looks really terrible.

One more thing:

If you ever decide to change your hair, take one step at a time. If you want to go for lighter colors first they have to strip the red out of your head. That's already one process. Maybe go for a natural brown after that and start adding highlights two months later. You will have time to apply conditioning treatments in the meantime, and it's a safe way to understand the limits of your hair. Highlights look way more natural than a one color dark blonde job, and it looks much more luxurious. You're going to work during day time in a professional environment and the one color / one step kyabajou hair doesn't look very healthy or shiny during daylight. Roots are less noticeable with ombré or highlights as well. Hair color should match your lifestyle, if you ask a professional hair stylist opinion they'll probably tell the same thing.

it's interesting hearing ech person's preferences. My hair dresser is dyed blond, reminded me Taylor Swift. Japanese version, I thought she looks really nice, but she also concerns, if she decides to go abroad, guys don't find that hot...as guys overseas like more of Asian beauty hair. I'll tell her that some people actually find hot, so just enjoy!

yeah,,,we got to take care of our hair, when we dye our hair,.otherwise it will loose the quality.I agree.

Don't worry. My hair is absolute gloss shine, as I go to hair salon twice a month for haitreatment!

I love Asian girls with jet black hair color. It’s classic, sexy, seductive and very beautiful. The darker shade can also make their eyes and fair skin more prominent. I know it’s a popular trend lately but I am not a big fan of Asians going the blonde route. As @Simonka mentioned, sticking to a few shades lighter to your original color will be best or imo even a few shades darker will still look good.

My hair is naturally dark brown/black and sometimes I will dye it jet black for a shinier look. Have fun! :)

I don't think blonde looks good on Asian women. I love raven black hair with that glossy shine to it.

It sounds like our Asian glossy black is quite exotic to non Asian eyes. I don't have a virgin black hair anymore, but maybe I'll like to go two tone darker back and see how it goes!

It's fun to change hair colour for sometimes! I agree. Thanks! Will do.

I'm pretty open minded. It has to fit to the style and personality of the person. Some girls just look great with blonde or some more exotic colours like green or blue.
You can't go wrong with black/dark hair thought.
I'm pretty sceptical towards any natural red type colors (on Asian girls).
