This is pretty much the standard for any delivery health/DH (Japanese デリヘル) place:

Note that unless you are dealing with Asian Mystique or other foreigner friendly places , the conversation with the booker, the receptionist at the love hotel, possibly the girl you meet with, etc, will be entirely in Japanese.

1. Find the girl you want to meet. Often they work out of a certain area of town. The most common areas are, of course, where the most love hotels are: Ikebukuro, Shinjuku (Kabukicho), Shibuya, Uguisudani, and a few others See http://lovehomap.com for specific love hotels in those areas. Some DHs won't deliver outside a certain range, or they will charge a fee to meet you elsewhere. Others will deliver to the 23-ku area. Korean DHs are often, but not always, near Uguisudani Station.

2. Call their phone number. Some places will have schedules for the whole week- their scheduling and booking varies widely. Often You need to call them fairly early in the day, or possibly even the day before depending on their booking policies, to arrange for more popular girls. For KDHs you need to agree on a girl and a time and in my experience you don't have to agree on the location (unless it's outside their delivery area) or the length of time you want to meet them.

They will often give you further instructions, usually to call back an hour before the session to confirm, or to call from the hotel. Make sure to call back to confirm if they ask you to.

3. In the case of KDHs, you go to Uguisudani Station. From the North exit there's a fairly large number of love hotels. Find one you like- there aren't a ton that are upscale, so I often go for ones that are cheap but don't look like a total dump. Shinjuku and Shibuya love hotels generally cost more than Ikebukuro and Uguisudani ones, in my experience. It's also more expensive later in the day and on weekends. Check in for the amount of time you want -- if you are only meeting a girl for 80 minutes you'll probably be safe with 2 hours... if you want to meet for 2 hours, you'll probably have to pony up for 3 hours. Love hotels are going to vary in price and setup. Some you talk to the receptionist directly. Some have the neato buttons that you push to pick a room and then pay the receptionist (when I have a second, I will add the particular Kanji for 'rest' and 'stay' to the Abbreviations list), some (like Listo in Shinjuku) are fully automated where you pay in the room. If I'm talking to the receptionist, I'll usually make it clear if I'm staying for 2 or 3 hours so they charge me accordingly.

4. After you check in, you need to call the DH place back and give them the hotel name and room number. I do this from my cell phone...I'm assuming you can make local calls from the hotel phone, but I'm not sure. It will usually take the girl 10-15 minutes to get there, which is probably why you shouldn't book 2 hours at a love hotel for a 2 hour session.

5. In many cases, the girl checks in at the front desk, and the front desk will call you on the phone to let you know the girl is on the way up. Depending on the love hotel, they have to unlock the door for you, because for the automated rooms (like Listo), opening the door ends your time in the room.

6. You meet the girl, as long as she's acceptable you tell her the time you want, pay her, and she'll call the office to give them the amount of time, and you go from there. One of the KDH girls I saw actually had a small notebook with a price list page that was written in Korean, Japanese, and English, so I'm assuming she gets a variety of customers.

7. A few notes on actual playtime. The girl will either want you to take a shower (depending on the size of the room) or want to take a shower with you, and usually afterwards they will spend time alone in the shower. Don't argue with her about any of this, even if you took a shower 5 minutes before meeting her. Making sure that both you and her are clean means both of you will be more comfortable and happy during play time, and besides, having a naked woman soaping you up makes for good foreplay -- I just wish the women in Japan were trained better. I actually sometimes miss some of the Korean providers in the US. They knew how to shower with a guy. But I digress.

Most love hotels provide condoms, and often the girls will bring their own too. Some in the hotels are even the Okamoto .03mm, but if you are above average western-sized, you might want to bring your own.

8. After the fun and games, you accompany her downstairs, leave your key (if any) at the desk, and head out the door. The girl will usually find some excuse to go a different route than you from the hotel's front door. Don't take it personally. :D

What is the difference between Deriheru married or not married system?

Some DH's offered what they claim to be married women. There is some lust or allure about sleeping with another man's wife. Or, some people are just looking for MILF types.

Regular DH's are just supposed single girls or younger.

One quick additional note about confirmations and calling - some DH services will have you call them once you're in the room, tell them the hotel and room number and then call you on the phone in the room (which they'll usually refer to as the room extension; 内線 / naisen) to double-confirm they've got everything correct.

I assume this is mainly to make sure you didn't mix up the room number/hotel name/etc and cause an embarrassing situation for the girl but I'm guessing its also to ensure that the person who made the reservation (you) is actually the person waiting in the hotel room.

Thank you!

Are there any phrases that we might need to know in order to make sure things go smoothly?

Understanding some basic Japanese in regards to amount of money and time would be useful.
Just study monetary counters & time statements, that should cover most of your needs.

Most modern hotels have a screen in the lobby - touch the room you want and the course (if applicable) and then pay the money to the counter staff or automated payment machine.
Some hotels have in-room payment systems, but may be difficult you if you can't read. (AFAIK, those are in Japanese only...)

IIRC the one in Hotel Listo (Shinjuku) certainly is. Moreover, those systems usually mean you have to call reception and arrange for the door to be opened if arriving/departing separately.

Very good point to add, thanks.
But what about when you're calling for a delivery girl? I don't know where to start when I think about the conversation and terms that I will have to know when trying to arrange for a girl to come by.

Just make sure you choose a hotel without in-room payment machines. Easiest way to tell if you've just arrived is whether there's an obvious staffed reception desk.

It's very similar to making a restaurant reservation. So if you can manage your way through that, you should be fine.
Start off with "Hi I'd like to make a reservation today" and then from there they'll ask which girl what time, etc., etc.
I could make a sample script but honestly every shop is different and every shop has different options so it wouldn't be super useful.
Furthermore, there are 100 ways to ask the same question so it all comes down to you knowing the basics of having a conversation in Japanese.
Someone mentioned it in another thread, practicing with restaurant reservations could be useful. Also, study up on the key words used on their site

Most of the time it's easiest to ask the shop for recommendation. They normally have some hotels they use regularly to make it easier for the girls to arrive and then the hotel staff already knows to expect you and the girl.

Just be careful not to overdo it. I tried practising with my dentist and now we meet every Thursday at 15:30 at a love hotel close-by.

I understand your point but it would still be useful for a lot. I can speak casually Japanese but I have a fear of phone call. I'm fine when it is about answering question, but bad when it comes to start the call.

I mean, I guess it would always start with a "予約したいですけれどもとりあえず外人はOKですか?

Follow on question -

1. what’s the difference between 1 Play vs. 3 Play course?
2. Once you come - is the play time over irrespective how long the course was?

This is related to a hotel question or service question?

But, if I understand your question...

1 - 1 Play vs 3 Play -- this could mean how many pops you can have during the session. Can you show us an example of where you see this?
2 - At least for Japan, the service doesn't immediately end after the first pop. It's usually time-based, not pop-based. But, there are some services that say 1 pop only for shorter courses. For standard escorts, you book 2 hours, you get 2 hours.

Yes your understanding of question is correct.

As you can see in the link - for the same duration - 60 minutes - rates are different for regular and 3P course

Yeah... so as @NJTYO just posted above, the 3Pコース is for multiple people.
As to the original question about pops, you just have to ask if there's a limit. But, if there is, it usually says so although I don't see this very often except in the case of very short courses.

When booking somewhere like Kabukicho or Shibuya, how ahead of the DH reservation do you all enter the hotel to book the appointment? Specifically when looking for hotels on the nicer end for 2 hours?

My worry is I'll encounter mostly full hotels and having to settle for something less nice if I look in the hour before my reservation (e.g. searching at 7pm for an 8pm DH) but maybe this isn't really an issue and I'm overthinking it

It's gonna be hard to time it perfectly. The only way to ensure you get 2 hours short course from a love hotel with 2 hours booking of a girl would be to wait in the love hotel lobby or outside so you can go inside together and make full use of the 2 hours. If the love hotel has longer 3 hours short course then you can probably go there maybe right around the time you you gave when making the appointment. There's always going to be random traffic issues etc so that you can't really expect the drivers to drop off the girls right on the clock.

I had a few times where they dropped off the girls like 30 minutes past the original appointment times due to traffic jams etc, but those were to regular hotels and not love hotels, but similar things probably happen even if the destinations are the love hotels.

I also remembered one time from Erouto Style that they had the girl walking from the shop stand by area in Kabukicho to the love hotel in Kabukicho and I had to wait for 10 or 15 minutes for the girl to arrive after I have checked in and called them back to tell them where I checked in so I had to extend the room for 30 minutes. They didn't bother driving the girl to the love hotel. I was surprised and annoyed by that. Felt bad for the girl too.

Your worry is acutually correct that it's very hard to predict if a love hotel would be fully occupied or not around your time of appointment. Later in the afternoons or the evenings where things can get pretty busy. If you only have certain love hotels in mind it might be harder and you might have to settle for lesser ones.

3p means threesome. 1 customer + 2 girls.

I think so far nobody mentioned that you should not just rent a room at a love hotel without telling them that you plan to bring multiple girls.

Ask at the reception if 3p are ok. They have to agree and will usually also provide additional towels for the girls when they arrive.
