When meeting up with a client, it's so nasty when the guy didn't show up... This is the first time that happened, but it was so far away, just couldn't help but telling the world, please do not do this to providers. I went all the way to Machida right now, spent a bit more than half an hour there waiting, feeling speechless.

It's so far and such a time waste.

Guys, please be careful when setting meetings.
If you don't agree with something, please tell the provider and drop it. I don't get it, guys just drop it by no replies, either.

I really hope, he wouldn't create the review thread saying I didn't show up...

Such a devastation...

Yuriko - May I suggest something?

Machida is way too far for a regular service. To save yourself time and trouble, you should restrict your meeting areas to somewhere more reasonable.
For example, only arrange meetings in or around the Yamanote line where access is easy. (or, whichever train lines are easy for you...)

You may still get false bookings, but at least you won't waste so much time (and money) in this case.

Anyway, I'm sorry to hear about the situation but I encourage you to adjust your rules to help prevent this in the future. The client is completely at fault here, nothing you did wrong.. but protect yourself better for the future.

It was actually three times here by TAG members. I had another person didn't turn up. One more was cancelled last min by no reply.

Let's do not do this please. If you don't want, changed your mind last min. plz say so.

Thank you very much!!

Thanks for your support, TAG Manager.

I respected the guy's request. I do long distances on weekends. I'm booked to Maihama next week on my day off...I asked for transportation fee to cover, with the tipping.

When on my work days, I strictly do within Tokyo
to stay practical with arrangements.

I usually have no problems with meetings and can find clients, but it's not nice, as I'm not even receiving sorry email for tonight from the person...

I should move on, but thanks for the comment right away!

Understood. If you're charging the necessary transportation cost, then that works out as long as the appointment occurs.

Again, sorry to hear about the no-show today. They obviously didn't have enough to respect to even notify you that they needed to cancel. (or even more simply, they are just out to waste your time.) Other girls have had problems with this, which still occurs more frequently than it should.

Also, I take a pic of meeting place where I was supposed to meet with a client, I sent them as an evidence pic. They don't usually reply afterwards, so they silently turned into time wasters.

Those non-show ups could be time wasters and not serious enough to willing to spend their precious dime, maybe.

I can smell it, when a person seems to turn into, pretty much experienced enough by setting meetings for loads, for the past few months!

I guess, we can't control, when not meant to meet.

Peace everyone!

I know this is completely off topic, but Machida isn't that far away from downtown Tokyo. (Machida is a part of the Tokyo suburb, not Kanagawa)
Don't misunderstand me, it's far and I feel very bad that Yuriko-san got stood up. Shame on the guy who was a no-show.

However, Machida is only one train from Shinjuku (Odakyu line) and if you get on an express/commuter express,
it's only a 35 min. ride. I actually ride all the way from Shinjuku to Yamato station to go to work every day, and I have
to stand up the whole way most of the time. I've learned to sleep while standing up so I can catch up on some zzz's
during the ride.

I feel more sorry for the guys who have to commute from Saitama/Yokohama/Kawasaki and such to Tokyo every day.
Going with the rush ensures you'll be exhausted by the time you reach the office.

.......Sorry, there's really no point to this post. Just ignore it if you have no interest in what I am saying.

Agreeing with Jasmine! Your rates may be too low. Plus, you're independent instead of employed under an agency.. meaning that you handle everything yourself. You deserve a little extra credit :)

I'm very sorry to hear about your experience, though. Whoever cancels on you or stands you up is missing out.

Thank you for advices, I'd reply after the meeting. (≧∀≦)

Thanks for sharing your point on the distance, which I experienced this early evening.
I got on a rapid train, next station to Shimokitazawa was Shin Yurigaoka. Then Machida. So, I was lucky enough to get there earlier than originally planned time. But couldn't find, meet the guy. Didn't show up, I guess as he's not replying. Totally incidently, perhaps. I thought I would take a Romance car return, avoiding crowd and time to get back, but it was just left, so took an express train, got me back home within 2 hours. Got another outcall near my office location, so I took that afterwards, on my way back now...

But it must be quite heavy commter train, as I hear pretty often. But, great, you got skills to stand and snooze! (*´∇`*)

Yeah, so on weekends, I do like going to suburbs, not on weekdays as I manage a couple of them after work in central Tokyo.

I do feel better by you guys support!
Thanks!

I personally do not travel outside of central Tokyo unless it is a dinner date and I have a deposit to cover transport costs. I would advise that you do the same (if not a dinner date, then a longer booking).

I might add, I think you might be getting a lot of junk messages as your rates are too low. I know you might worry about missing out if your raise your rates but in my experience (and what I have heard from others) it mostly just filters out time wasters and adds "value" to your time.

Also, do you send a confirmation email 24 hours before meeting? I don't get ready unless I have heard back.

Thank you for your advice, Jasmine! I appreciate you took time and thought abt that for me.

Well, I ask transportation cost to be tipped when we meet. But in central Tokyo, I don't ask clients, except I recently began doing late nights, so I ask for taxi fare, as I don't like going back on before last train rush hour or very late night...

I'd re-consider raising cost, also I am concerned of it's not FS and limited service, but I was discussing this to another person, and made me just think about it this morning...

I've heard somewhere also, that you set your price decently, then you get more of decent clients.
Maybe I was too kind...I am confident of what I do, I think I did enough of probational period, or internship, hence I know the ideal pricing!!! I'll think carefully abt it.

I do send confirmation mail, via email base. And a title as confirmed. So, I'm usually ok, and for this time, I did get "ok" message by the guy...
But, turned out just wasn't meant to meet...

Thank you, Hana for your concern. Yes, I do everything by myself. That's nice, as you said I deserve a lil extra credit! (*´∇`*)

Thanks for being on my side (о´∀`о)

I think I finally came to a point that I work way too much than my very low rate. I did feel my work > pay. I had enough of probational period. And I do get some clients do pay me and even more for the new pricing amount I announced, several hours ago. What a huge unique adult entertainment packege I provide! I am so proud of my accomplishment, and I am so grateful for each occasion!!
Thank you, Jasmine to let me realise it!
