I look at sex even with hot women as diminishing returns. It's like drugs. You get super high the first few times, build up your tolerance and need more and more novel experiences for the same high… I guess I'm f***ed in the head! Perhaps the only time I can remember not fantasizing about other women was with my first "true love" at age 19… damn I still fantasize about her when having sex with others…. Nothing can compare to your first love!

I've been finding lately that purposely delaying gratification can restore some excitement again. Going without for a long time can really increase an appetite.
