I suspect the strip theater in Shibuya to be next. Who ever owns the building could rip it down and build something else and generate more revenue.

In the next decade or so, expect to see more old favorites disappear. I suspect there will be more emphasis on delivery services and ‘massage’ parlors and less of everything else.
