I tried an esute recommended by erolin last week in Tokyo. The esute I chose was "Delicious".
The girls are supposed to speak English but the girl who came had no English so we had to manage with my less than perfect Japanese. She had been working for the service for 2 days only and had little experience. The bbbj was adequate but that was all and the 70minutes paid for ended up as 45 min.
It was cheap andthe girl was pretty - the only virtues of the session! Otherwise not to be recommended.

I was under the impression that all the delivery heath places had more on the table, but cost an extra 10,000 yen. Is that not the case?
