However, she hasn't been tested for a while. I always get light headed
when talking about this and I know nothing is 100% esspecially with
that 2 or 3 month period it takes for HIV to appear positive but

Excellent points! My preference in terms of enjoyment is sugarbowl > independent > agency, but that's pretty much opposite of safety. Assuming you trust a particular agency, those ladies are much more likely to be tested on a frequent schedule. Japan seems to rank very poorly on STD awareness too. I skip oral and always use protection, but still pretty uncomfortable with the risks.
