Hello TAG,

I was always curious on Japanese escorts with African Americans in Japan. I know each escort has a preference but wondering if the independent escorts or agencies such as AM have an issue with it.

I know this has been probably asked before but just wanted to know.

There are a few out there who will reject certain races, but it’s hard to really know without asking.

At least the independents on TAG don’t have any issue that I’m aware of.

While certain people in all walks of life definitely discriminate based on skin color, you will find that your speaking ability and knowledge of Japanese mannerisms to be much larger of a limiting factor..
As for AM your best bet would be to just call and ask directly.

Absolutely. I've seen quite a few play the race card when in reality it's the lack of understanding in culture, rules & language.

Ask AM directly but Id be willing to bet a lot of money that all the girls there will not have any issue with accepting clients of your ethnicity.

Japan has a ton of American military bases. Tokyo is an international city. So any agency like AM, that specifically caters to foreign customers and also has providers who have worked with their agency longer term will not be a problem. They’ve been there, seen everything.

The ones that primarily cater to Japanese customers and/or seem to rely on a changing roster may be an issue, but even then, it’s probably more to do with unfamiliarity on the providers part verses outright prejudice.

Do you know any other foreigner friendly spots other than AM?
I’m probably not one to ask as I’m a simple man, easily satisfied by the massage shops that are recommended here or just wandering into one and taking my chances.

When I have occasionally (2-3 times per year?) gone for something else, I’ve primary only used the escorts advertised here (before COVID, you normally would have a larger and more diverse selection), and AM, with a few calls to Hipness (which seems down due to COVID).

None of the ladies that advertised here or worked for AM cared, I looked like Cedric The Entertainer.

In general the "American" part will carry more weight, open more doors and be of greater concern for them.
I've seen so many africans pretend to be african-american for this exact reason over here.

of course as mentioned, if you can communicate in Japanese, far more doors will open for you. pun intended. lol.

Off topic but I've always meant to inquire about the genesis of your username. Superbowl 1999? Broncos VS Falcons. I was living just outside Denver. Hands down, one of the craziest fucking nights of my life. I woke up bruised, bloody, still squinting from the tear gas and pepper spray. I wish I could remember more of it, my last memory was running from the cops and going head first into a tree. One of those nights you tell the grandkids about.

I just picked one of my favorite Super Bowl parties I ever attended. I wasn’t there for the game but I heard it was a blast. You ever look for archive footage to see if you made the news?

You, sir, speak of something we do not speak of. I still may need a security clearance again one day.

Seriously, though...it was FUCKING CRAZY. Riots in Denver and in basically every college town in the state. Cars flipped over, bonfires fueled by sofas, picket fences and winter parkas. Cops on horseback, rubber shotgun pellets, teargas cannisters, industrial sized pepper spray dispensers. Naked bitches in the streets, random coeds fucking other random coeds on porches and balconies, every party house open to the public with kegs overflowing and all you needed to do was holler, "FUCKIN' AYE...JOHN ELWAY...YEEEEAAAAAAARRRRRRG!!!" and random drunk and/or high bitches would be pumping you a red plastic cup of Coors Light (or New Belgium if the house sold really good weed and could afford it) and then sucking your dick as a celebratory salutation in the bathroom while her girlfriend puked in the toilet and three others pissed in the bathtub. Last thing I remember is my knees giving out (alcohol) while a female classmate was trying to drag me back to her dorm room, the cops showing up and then being hit with a tear gas projectile and running through a fog.

Best. Night. Ever. I just wish I could remember more of it. And I don't even like football.

With alcohol, anything is possible.

Seriously, though...freshman year I went out to smoke a cigarette outside the dorm in t-shirt and shorts, drunk as fuck and high on sleeping pills. It was 0 degrees (Fahrenheit). I was fine.

Yes, it was fucking crazy! I was the only one in my group of 4 buddies that didn't end up in handcuffs at some point that night.

Dude, you guys managed to get pinched? Where in CO were you celebrating? All the major college towns around me (Boulder, Ft. Collins, Greeley, etc.) were so overrun with student riots that the cops just ended up tear-gassing us, beating us with batons and leaving us on the ground. All fair, I say.

The really fucked up part is you see Mike Shanahan's son who was playing ball for Cheery Creek HS while I was living nearby now coaching a fucking Superbowl team. If that shit don't make you feel old, what will?

i know the Broncos were super popular but what made the 1999 SuperBowl that raucous? There was some drama on the pitch?

A combination of it being back-to-back wins (1998 then 1999), and the proper send-off for John Elway, who was one of the most celebrated QBs in history but, until 1998, had never won a Superbowl. The win in 1998 was seen as poetic justic for Elway, particularly since everyone knew this might be his last season, and spontaneous street celebrations erupted all across CO state; eventually the cops intervened and then shit turned ugly, but the cops were largely unprepared for the riots as 1) nobody had ever seen a Superbowl riot in CO before, and then 2) nobody expected the Broncos to win.

Therefore, when it looked like Denver was headed back to the Superbowl in 1999, both sides were prepared. The cops had strategized and formalized an answer to any riots, and basically every young person and college student in the state was ready to teach the cops a fucking lesson for disrespecting John Elway and the Broncos if they tried to shut down the parties again.

All I remember of the game is watching the Lombardi Trophy ceremony and the team owner declaring: "THIS ONE'S FOR JOHN!!" I was already fucking loaded. We'd prepared properly and had traveled over state lines to Cheyenne, WY to pick up some proper illegal fireworks and mortars, so we headed out to the streets with those, plus lighters, kerosene, kegs on wheels and hard dicks.

It was a great night.

i see. Went to Denver many times and always thought it’s nice but … a bit boring. Sanitized. Couldnt quite imagine riots going on there

At a sports bar in downtown Denver. This is bringing up some old memories! I remember that we went to one bar that confiscated my CA ID that I got from a friend that was 24 at the time-looked nothing like me, I was surprised it worked as long as it did. So then we went to a sports bar/family restaurant type place across the street. They put big Xs on my hands with sharpie to show that I was underage. I washed that shit off in about 5 seconds and proceeded to drink blackout quantities of beer. Funny enough, none of us gave a shit about football, just an excuse to party and get into trouble. Oh, the youths!

Only in CO for 7 months but it was a wild time. Columbine was in April that year. The snow melted on the slopes in late May so I packed up and moved back to the west coast.
