It's been that way as long as I can remember. The censoring used to be much more obvious back when they had VHS tapes (anyone still remember those? ) when they had a big white blur over the genitals. As editing technology advanced, they started doing digital mosaics, first really big and blocky, then gradually getting less and less blocky

As far as favorite pornstars, I haven't watched a western porn in decades. All the western ones I knew are from the old school - Asia Carrera, KobeTai, Ashlyn Gere, Leena, etc. and have long since retired
