Hi all,

I will be visiting Tokyo first time next week.

I am looking for good relaxing massage.

1. How are these outcall massage agencies? Are they reliable and verified? I am apprehensive about my safety when I call a therapist to my room.
2. Do they haggle and demand tips?
3. Is tokyo backpage reliable source?

Any other help in this matter will be highly appreciated.

Cheers

Which ones???

In any case, you don't have to worry about your safety from interpersonal violence in Japan. You are far more likely to be injured by tripping and falling as you rush to answer the door in an outcall massage situation than to be assaulted in any way.

2. Do they haggle and demand tips?

No, not if you are dealing with a Japanese agency employing Japanese ladies.

3. Is tokyo backpage reliable source?

No.

If you want a really good massage, incall places have usually better therapists. (Asian Smile and Ais massage for example have good reviews and do happy endings.)

If you want a massage from a cute Japanese girl, the shops mentioned here:
http://www.erotic-massage-japan.com
Have received good reviews, IIRC.

Tokyo Style is new. Has a good review too and has a promo.

I haven't personally used these services but I've used the femdom sister company of erotic-massage-japan ... and I had no issues.

Backpage is hit-or-miss ... but mostly miss.
Should be your best bet!

Backpage for massages? Dont do it. There is no guarantee the massage will be any good. There are many legit options, more than for guaranteed FS.

Thanks guys for inputs. I noticed that there are many Thai outcall agencies. Any feed back on these?
Cheers

Hi guys,

Another reason why I wanted outcall service in hotel is that I will be returning each day after 9.00 pm and wont like to go out.

I researched and found following:

http://massagetokyo.jp/

http://east-grp.com/en/

http://www.tokyomassage.jp/en/

http://homespatokyo.com/english-info/

http://www.bestoutcallmassagetokyo.com/

http://www.b45tokyomassage.com/

http://tokyo.cracker.com/TherapeuticMassage/massage-service/4051688

http://tokyothaimassage.com/

I want to know if any of the members have tried above services. Last two responded promptly with prices and other details.

Thanks

So to be sure, do you want these services to give you a happy ending, and do you assume they offer them?

I will only ask for happy ending if there's a chemistry between me and therapist or else I am happy with plain professional massage!

Depends on the agency - hard to say since you didn't say which one you were looking at. If it was Asian Mystique or Nasty Dolls, then both are very reliable and safe.

2. Do they haggle and demand tips?

This is Japan, not a bazaar in Marrakesh. Haggling isn't a thing, and tips only come into play when certain extras are on offer.

3. Is tokyo backpage reliable source?

There are some reliable providers on backpage, but the majority are bait and switch at best, and some are outright scams.

You're lucky I'm bored this morning.

Honestly, all of those look scammy to some degree. Basically, you're looking for an landline telephone number (03-####-####), site should have a Japanese side as well as English, and there should be a company details section with their physical address and management details. If it's on the Japanese side it will be usually be called 会社情報

If it's just a massage you're after, your hotel will likely have someone they can send up who will do shiatsu.

Fair warning - properly done shiatsu can be painful, but the results are worth it.

Edit: Correction. :)

You were probably going for 会社情報 though they could list this info also under 会社案内 or 店舗情報.

I would do Tokyo Style. That was my first P4P experience in Japan. It's expensive and an average massage but it's a Japanese girl which is oh-so-special and not to be missed.

You can go for a Thai happy ending massage, but honestly it's not different from what you can get anywhere else.

haha - yep, serves me right for typing before I get coffee :)

Thanks. I saw Tokyostyle website.

They have two options- Standard and Special.

Which one did you choose? Also 90 minutes should be good.

Any advice. Tokyostyle looks good I will book.

Thanks

I want to understand if operators with mobile number are better than ones advertising with 03- landline number.

Thank you for your advice. Much appreciated.

Landline number means they have a physical address where that phone is - meaning that if you have a serious issue, you can easily get the police involved.

Though you can nowadays get also 03 VoIP numbers.

If you need to get to cops involved they should not have much trouble tracking the owner of any number thought as getting landline/cell/VoIP number involves showing your ID.

True, but you need to register for those 03 VOIP numbers with proper ID and the like.

There are still plenty of untraceable 080 and 090 legacy numbers out there operating on unverified prepaid accounts from before the legislation changes, and accounts set up by departing foreigners.

FWIW, 050 numbers don't require registration (Skype numbers etc.) and are a huge red flag.

Well, that's exactly what I said; all number nowadays require proper ID. In my experience even the VoIP providers that offer 050 numbers require you to scan and send your ID before they activate the number. I have heard Skype just makes you click a button to confirm, so I don't know how they manage to do it without getting a kick in the balls.

I didn't know those pre-2004 prepaid accounts still work. It has been around 10 years already when they disappeared from the Akihabara shops too. Before that they used to sell those scratched and old phones out of a cardboard boxes with remarkable high prices.

Yep, they totally still work. There's still a ton of them around - problem is that some of them are legitimately owned by senior citizens who get irate when there's a suggestion of cancelling them.

The big source of untraceable numbers these days is departing foreigners - usually third worlders - selling off functioning accounts.

With e-billing, as long as the bills are paid (prepaid credit cards) there's no physical mail check. I have four cellular accounts, and have not received a single piece of physical mail from any of the providers in years.
