I can't stop laughing at this. I might attempt it next time I visit Kabukicho. It would be funny to set it to music lol.
 
Actually, I noticed they're mostly gone. I don't know what happened but the number of touts in Shinjuku seems to have decreased quite a bit, thankfully.

They are not all Nigerians. Could be Kenyans even Haitian.

They teamed up with the Yakusa years ago. Yakuza own the property. Africans run the clubs and pay rent plus a percentage of takings.

Police don't really give a shit when it comes down to gaijin on gaijin problem.

The only way to avoid the scum is to avoid the area. Otherwise put up with them
