Gaijin friendly happening bar in Osaka

Next Friday night (8/19) my girlfriend and I are taking a trip to Osaka.
We are a beginner couple in our 30s. I’m American black guy from Atlanta and she is Japanese, very cute!

Are there any gaijin friendly happening bars in Osaka? Any information is greatly appreciated.

we are also very happy to meet other open minded people in the area if possible.

I used to go to one near Umeda station but it was raided by the police few years ago.
Next one I went also close down, it was very small but fun.
I think Osaka hap bar are very open to foreigner especially if you come with a girl. I was never rejected. It was before Corona time.
