At this point, you will probably see the tout from Jan-Jan waving at you.
In the Google maps picture, I think it is the doorway over which it says "Akadamii" in katakana. This afternoon, there was a sign out front with the pricing, and some flashing lights and so on. You really could not miss that it was also a pink salon. Because it was raining, the tout wasn't outside, so I just went inside, then inside the inner door. I met the tencho and asked if foreigners were OK, and he said yes. I paid my ¥3,000 and he brought me into the business area.
Unlike Hinomaru and Jan-Jan (and the late Ichigo Club in Otsuka), this place is quite small, with perhaps three booths set up in such a way that you really will not see anyone else. It has a red/green light system to show which booths are occupied. The signs on the walls all say "¥3,000 aru taimu" (¥3,000 all times), so I'm not sure that the price goes up in the evening like it does at Jan-Jan. I also did not pay any consumption tax.
I waited probably for about 10 minutes until my service provider came. I was surprised when she arrived because she was easily in her 50s. I've been to the gaijin-friendly pinsaros often enough that I don't remember ever having a provider who appeared as old as she did. She was tiny, in that tiny Japanese older woman way.
