This is for both clients and providers!

Currently while I'm on break, I've took the time to really get out there into the wilderness and hike, bike, and camp etc. and have since sustained numerous visible cuts and scrapes and bruises(half clumsiness, half carelessness). The only reason why I never pursued all these rugged activities earlier on was because I was scared that clients might be scared off if they saw me while I had all these small injuries all over my limbs.

These activities have turned into a newfound hobby, and I was thinking of continuing this even after my hiatus is over. Do you think clients(especially new ones) will be scared off if they happen to see my very visible injuries? Not sure if this comes across as a silly question also lol.

The more suspicious and paranoid ones might well be, imo.

You can explain, ideally before they even lay eyes on you, if it is a time when you have visible minor injuries. However, some will invent some other explanation in their minds...maybe a violent bf or pimp who might show up and beat them too or whatever.

And, in any case, it will make your first impression a bit rougher and less elegant/sophisticated most likely.

If you say that this is quite unreasonable and unfair, I would agree, but it is still my best guess at the truth.

Not that worried about the former situation, I can usually detect those types based on their correspondence and no good has ever come out of pursuing their patronage! Prefer to save myself the headache haha

That's my main dilemma, I think it might be at odds with my current brand image, and wonder if it would affect my business. Then again, I think if the gentleman really likes me, it might not even be a big concern? so much to think about! Or maybe it's time to tweak my profile to reflect a little bit of "outdoorsiness" haha

If you don't want to give up your passion, go ahead!
Maybe put a disclaimer on your website. I have met clients while i had a bandage on before, and i told they beforehand and they still agreed on meeting me.

Personally speaking whenever I see an escort with a very visible bruise that she doesn't elaborate on, my mind goes to a very dark place and with it goes my good mood. I'd believe something realistic like "I tripped while hiking this weekend," or something though, but thats me.

True! Man, I really love the outdoors now. It's refreshing to just go out on a long hike, and come back home happy and satisfied haha :)
Which part of your body was bandaged? :O

Kind of weird if there's no elaboration, but I can understand why a client would think of very dark scenarios :( Partly because of the stigma against us SWs.

Put a few pics of you out on the hikings trails on your website. I love sporty outdoors girls and many other guys do too.

You'll likely have clients commenting on you doing stuff like rock climbing if there are a few pics of you doing it on your website.

When they make mention of it, that is the perfect opportunity to explain any scrapes or bruises.

Haha I should! That would be great, and clients can see more about what I get up to.

I'm glad that I can blur my face out, they don't have to see my unglamorous panting face! :p:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

My sports leaves me with bruises on the hips, back and legs as well every once in a while depending what I do and if it's something new I just learned and therefore need to adjust my body.
Not many clients have asked me where the bruises come from. It usually happens that we speak naturally about hobbies and then I include talking about mine and pointing on the bruises. I don't think I've ever had a client be suspicious about this but then I can't ready people's minds. Only my gynecologist was worried once :confused::mad:

If you look like Sleeping Beauty who broke through the wall of roses herself, it will very likely affect your brand. If it's only a few scratches maybe not so much.
I guess it depends a lot on who your typical client is. Do you have more clients who go out of their usual way to spend on a special experience with you or are your clients mostly well of and used to spend that much regularly?

If you have the right software yes, but you could instead make photo or video without face in them which would be eaiser.

bruises from hiking and sport activities don't look like injuries from abuse.

I'm not one of those who like women looking like dolls, such bruises only show that the person is having a healthy life.

@Wwanderer is right and only the paranoid clients would raise an uncalled for stink about it.
Me? If its from what you say, then I don't have an issue with it since you're only human, and we still get injured. I will show concern if it's from abuse, which is wholly uncalled for. But getting banged around doing outdoor activities is just part of the process. Heck, they might even provide amusing stories to chat about with clients!...tho' I wouldn't let that go too far, since next thing you know you're comparing scars like they did in "Jaws". :ROFLMAO:

I like the way you said that! :D and super true, scratches and bruises from outdoors activities look very different.

True, and paranoid clients tend to not be the easiest clients to deal with overall too......
And yes, I've had a good collection of clumsy stories to tell my clients when I'm back in action! hahahahaha one day my clumsiness will cost me my life
