It looks like it's a massage place where you can get service there. It's not reservation only. Above the map it says to call from the station if you are having problems finding the place, so I would guess you can just walk in.

Just be aware that it's hand-job only and if the session is long enough a bath unless you pay for extras.

I just want to give a big warning that the location on their map is absolutely false. They state the DKY12 building plus the Google maps location, but it's wrong. Either they moved or the website is somehow still running a non-existent place. Basically this place (that was listed on the map) is still a massage place, but it's run by this really old Chinese woman that has an old husband walking around haha. So I went there again to scout the place.

I also didn't read on the website that the services don't take place at the location. They have a list of prices for love hotels nearby starting at 2000 yen for 90 minutes. But the place is pretty cramped for the cheapest.

When talking to the tencho (that the right word?) he was a pretty nice guy imo. Speaks only Japanese. The problem with the place is that it's pretty expensive. The highlight of the place is the bath. Without the bath services, it's bland service. Adding that+hotel+options (I want the all nude hah) it's kind of too much for just a HJ at the end. The guy did promise that the girls would perform the same kind of services the video showed on their website.

Yes, it is pricey, but on the other hand the place might be good for those who want cuter, younger, probably Japanese, and fully nude HJ service.
