For a time, some years ago, my work occasionally involved trips to a large round building full of computers on reclaimed land not far from where Tokyo's fish market is now located, and once while perusing the internet (on my own time) for "research purposes" I was most delighted to see it in the background of a documentary featuring the travails of a young Japanese lady who suffered from the compulsive urge to undress in public and engage in various activities centred around stimulation of her lady parts (this seems to be a common problem in Japan).

I have also come across a young lady with a similar affliction engaged in a similar activity right in front of an innocuous office building where people I know work.
