Ah, you're right, I didn't see the word soapland at first, but i just wasn't paying close attention I guess.

I've taken to trying to ask the org or someone else directly via email or maybe Twitter if foreigners are okay (with the caveat of having enough Japanese to get by). Sometimes that works pretty well- I've gotten some pretty well-known porn stars reply to my inquiries on Twitter regarding various events.

I found one of the porn stars advertised on that hautegp site and asked her, but she said she doesn't work for them any longer. Nice of her to answer, especially since it was a random gaijin inquiring into the possibility of having sex with her... :) I was probably horribly rude, but oh well.
 
You need to bring some serious yen to play there.

Entrance fee is 25,000 yen, AND service fee is 40,000 yen, so 65,000 yen for 2 hours after 11:45am.
