First this is a great site. I have been in Japan for about 4 years. Oh, thank you! They take no gaijin... sad. But I understand many agents don't welcome foreigners. When we want foreigner friendly shops whose workers speak decent English and welcome us regardless of race and nationality, the options are limited. That's why I always repeat the same place mostly.
